Cambridge Bay, Nunavut

This project provides housing for twenty students studying at the Cambridge Bay Nunavut Arctic College, organized into 5 fully equipped living pods. An attached daycare provides support services for both the students and the community.​
 

The residence section is designed to create micro-communities, with three sections each sharing common kitchen and dining areas. Each bedroom unit was designed as a single, duplicated module, to create efficiencies in the construction process. Residents are provided with ample private space and communal areas.
