TAG has been working with Housing NWT on the development of several different types of housing, including a series of two-storey stick-built duplexes for more than 10 communities across the Northwest Territories. Some units are still in construction, while others have already been completed.⁠

Each duplex has one accessible-ready two-bedroom unit on the ground floor and one walk-up three-bedroom unit on the second floor. Barrier free turn circles are provided in entrance vestibules, laundry rooms, and bedrooms in addition to washrooms and kitchens.
 

In each unit, the main living spaces provide generous access to natural light and are oriented toward the street to create a greater sense of connection to the community. Exterior finishes, stairs and the porch were designed to allow each unit to fit the unique context of the community. ⁠
 

TAG endeavored to make both units as similar as possible to ease construction on site. The main living areas, bedrooms, and washrooms are nearly identical in both units.
